For many, THON has become a yearly tradition, reuniting with old classmates, friends, and family. The Dance Marathon Alumni Interest Group (DMAIG) aims to provide a weekend full of activities allowing you to reunite with your THON family, continuing to make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer, through support of The Four Diamonds Fund & The Penn State Dance Marathon. DMAIG with the help of the current undergraduate leadership of THON, have put together activities, which will allow you to tour the BJC, learn the line dance, catch up with THON families, create a Diamond Zone during the pep rally, and even a chance to visit the floor.

THON 2012 DMAIG Schedule

FRIDAY
6:00 PM THON 2012 Begins - Bryce Jordan Center

7:45 PM Hope Express Human Tunnel
- Cheer on fellow alumni as they finish their run from the Hershey Medical Center to the Bryce Jordan Center, carrying dancer mail made from patients in the hospital. Free DMAIG thunder sticks will be provided!

9:00 PM Café 210 West Alumni Gathering
- Reconnect with alumni at Café 210 West with FREE appetizers and a live band!

SATURDAY
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Breakfast/Networking Reception (Location: Robb Hall, Hintz)
- Stop by the Hintz for a FREE, light breakfast and coffee before you head up to the BJC to cheer on the dancers. Learn more about how to get involved with DMAIG, network with fellow THON alumni, and much more!

11:00 AM – 12:30 PM DMAIG Closed Board Meeting (Location: SDA Conference Rooms, Hintz)

2:20 PM – 3:05 PM DMAIG Alumni Tours (BJC - Meet at Gate D)
- Have you seen THON since it has moved to the Bryce Jordan Center? Ever wondered what it feels like to be on the dance floor? Well, now is your chance! Meet us at Gate D as the Donor and Alumni Relations committee takes you through the different levels of the Bryce Jordan Center, including the dance floor!

3:10 PM – 3:20 PM DMAIG On-Stage Recognition (BJC)
- DMAIG takes the stage with a brand new video! Join us in the BJC as we recognize our dancer couples and honor the 40th anniversaries of both THON and the Four Diamonds Fund.

5:00 PM – 7:00 PM 2nd Annual DMAIG THON Weekend Reception (Nittany Lion Inn Boardroom)
- The DMAIG events culminate with a special reception in honor of THON and the Four Diamonds Fund’s anniversaries. Highlights of this FREE event include:

• Special guests: Kevin Kelly, Charles Millard, Roger Williams, the Ray Demmy family, and many more!
• Door prizes sponsored by Hilton Hotels
• Plenty of hor d'oeuvres
• Volunteer and DMAIG event award presentations
